Initially aged in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry barrels, this whiskey was then placed in first-fill Pedro Ximénez casks for an additional 16 years. It has a deep aroma of dark stone fruits, treacle toffee, and sweet spices. On the palate, it has inviting notes of praline, orange peel, and vanilla pastries.
