Awarded-winning, this celebratory single grain whisky captures the evolution of Fuji Gotemba Distillery through expertly selected grain whiskies from the 1970s to the 2010s. Incorporating American, Canadian and Scottish-style grain whiskies, all matured predominantly in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, it is bottled non-chill-filtered at its natural strength of 52% ABV.

The nose is led by maple caramel, raspberry and cassis, with hints of dried figs and violets. The palate delivers a smooth yet expressive profile, balancing dark berries with floral notes of rose and white blossom, lifted by a subtle cinnamon spice. The finish is long, aromatic and gently sweet, allowing the layered grain character and polished oak to resonate well after the final sip.
