Tamdhu 43 Year Old
Distilled in 1978 and 1979, and bottled at cask strength (50.8% ABV), this rare expression of Tamdhu 43 Year Old is the inaugural release from the Tamdhu Dedication Collection, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship through exclusive maturation in three distinct Oloroso sherry oak casks. Only 100 bottles have been released globally, making it a true collector’s piece.
On the nose, you’ll find rich aromas of coffee, sherry, toffee, and spice, before being led to a palate layered with orange, molasses, blackcurrant, and chocolate. The finish is long and elegant, revealing notes of lemon, dried berries and the unmistakable warmth of sherry oak.
