Dalmore 25 Year Old 2023 Release 75cl

Presenting the striking 2023 release of Dalmore 25 Year Old. This Highland single malt has been aged in American white oak, followed by a second maturation in Palomino Fino Sherry butts and first-fill bourbon casks. They are then married together in bourbon barrels first, and Tawny Port pipes second, before being bottled at 42% abv.

Expect initial aromas of figs and spongecake, followed by vanilla, marzipan, tropical fruits and a slight balsamic element. The fruity notes continue on the palate, with rich flavours of damsons, dates, raisins being lifted by zesty citrus peel and milk chocolate. The finish is sweet and spicy, with lingering brown sugar, gingerbread cookies and treacle.
