A distinguished single malt with an intensely rich profile, The Macallan 25 Year Old Sherry Oak is beautifully led by European Oak, sherry seasoned in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The liquid was left undisturbed for a quarter of a century, before being decanted at 43% abv.

Expect aromas of dried orange slices, raisins, sultanas and apricot with ginger syrup and oak. The palate is full of rich dried fruits, black cherries and chocolate with hints of crystallised ginger and toasted almonds, leading to a lengthy finish with touches of oak.
