First matured for 26 years in a refill bourbon hogshead before spending three years in a bespoke French pink oak cask from Bordeaux’s Demptos Cooperage, it showcases a truly distinctive maturation journey. Bottled at 48.3% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour, it exemplifies the distillery’s spirit of imagination and boundary-pushing craftsmanship.

On the nose, honey, strawberries and cream, dried apricots and soft baking spices unfold, leading to a palate rich with sugared almonds, Alphonso mango, grilled pineapple, peach and a touch of dark chocolate.
