This whisky is aged for 26 years in American and European oak casks including an extended finish in rare French cognac casks – its crowning glory. The nose is full of French patisserie sweetness, baked tarte tatin and toasted oak. The palate reveals a smooth and rich whisky, café crème with plenty sweetness, leading to a long and velvety finish, with a hint of spice and oak.
