Macallan M Black 2022 Bottled at 46% abv.

The Macallan M Collection was created to showcase the ‘Six Pillars’ which encompass the distillery’s guiding principles: natural colour, mastery, curiously small spirit stills, The Estate, exceptional oak casks and sherry wine. Each expression is presented in a stunning Lalique crystal decanter, and at natural colour.

A balance of classic Macallan with an unexpected peaty note, resulting in a complex single malt. Peated spirit is matured in heavily charred sherry oak casks which creates depth of flavour, bottled at 46% abv.

You are welcomed with aromas of fresh apple, citrus and sweet dates with a gentle whisp of smoke. The palate features candied oranges, blackened peaches and honeyed figs alongside warming peat and spicy ginger. The finish is long and smoky with sweet dried fruits.
