A 28-year-old ruby port cask from Method and Madness.
This spectacular release is a first for Irish whiskey. It was aged for six years in bourbon barrels, then re-casked for an additional twenty-two years of maturation in a ruby port cask. Mango, kiwi, and banana can be detected on the nose, while barley and port are noticeable on the palate.
