Scapa 21 Year Old

A stunning Orkney single malt, this Scapa 21 Year Old was carefully matured in ex-American Oak casks, before being bottled at 48% abv.

On the nose, homemade apricot jam with fresh raspberries drizzled over ripe bananas and whipped cream. Hints of aromatic oak and subtle nutmeg. On the palate fresh peaches and mangoes wrapped in vanilla cream and condensed milk, with sprinkles of shortbread spiced with cardamon and cinnamon. The finish is sweet and syrupy.
