Presented by revered independent bottlers, Gordon & MacPhail, this cask strength Rosebank expression has been bottled as a part of The Recollection Series #2. The Lowland whisky was matured for 31 years in a single first-fill bourbon barrel, before being decanted at 53.5% abv. One of only 101 bottles. Expect aromas of vanilla, peach and lychee, which lead to a palate full of baked apple and aniseed with hints of mature oak. A medium length finish, with hints of menthol liquorice.
