Long maturation catalyzed by Hakushu’s exceptionally pure water reveals a wave of clean smoke, deepening into herbaceous mineral notes and undertones of ripe apples.

A vibrant nose of sage, ripe green apple, and hints of pineapple which lead into a palate full of complex smoke, grapefruit and acacia honey. The finish brings clean smoke that lingers with undernotes of fresh green citrus.
