Dalmore Luminary No.2 16 Year Old 75cl

Presenting the second release in The Dalmore’s breath-taking Luminary Collection. Luminary No.2, 2024 edition, was initally aged in American white oak bourbon casks, before being treated to a luxurious finish in Graham’s Tawny Port Pipes and Apostales Sherry Casks. With the lightest touch of exceptionally rare peated Dalmore spirit. Crafted in partnership with V&A Dundee, the 16-year-old expression has been bottled at 48.6% abv, and is limited to 20,000 bottles.

Aromas of manuka honey, creme brulee and antique leather fill the nose, alongside touches of pomegranate, guava and cherry blossom. On the palate, flavours of ripe fig, Seville orange, forest fruits, coffee bean, fermented black limes and brioche lead to a wonderfully satisfying finish of freshly roasted hazelnuts, wood spice, cocoa, mango and a whisper of herbal wood smoke.
