The Dalmore Luminary No.2 16 Year Old is the second release in The Dalmore Luminary Collection, a limited-edition series celebrating exceptional whisky craftsmanship and innovative design. Matured for 16 years, this remarkable Highland single malt is bottled at 48.6% ABV and limited to 20,000 bottles worldwide.

The whisky begins its journey in American white oak bourbon casks. It is then expertly finished in Graham’s Tawny Port pipes and Apostoles Sherry casks. Finally, a small amount of exceptionally rare peated Dalmore spirit adds extra depth and complexity. The result is a rich, elegant whisky with outstanding character.

Rich Aroma and Complex Flavor

The nose opens with inviting aromas of Manuka honey, crème brûlée, antique leather, pomegranate, guava, and cherry blossom. These layers create a refined and welcoming first impression.

On the palate, the whisky delivers notes of ripe fig, Seville orange, forest berries, coffee beans, fermented black lime, and freshly baked brioche. In addition, flavours of roasted hazelnuts, cocoa, mango, wood spice, and gentle herbal smoke create a long, smooth, and satisfying finish.
